Our Standard Abrasives Silicon Carbide Overlap Disc compresses when entering a hole or cylinder to provide coverage of inside diameters. Used for push and push/pull applications, it is useful mainly for deburring applications on stainless steel, rubber, plastic and composites. It has a threaded eyelet arbor hole for mandrel attachment.
- Overlapped construction compresses for contact with internal radii, holes, and cylinder walls
- Sets of 2 discs are used for push applications
- Sets of 4 discs are used for push/pull applications
- Stacked discs supply a firm, aggressive cut
- Useful for light to medium deburring, polishing, cleaning, blending and chamfering applications
