About Convolute Wheels
A convolute wheel is constructed from a bonding web material and formulated with abrasive resins and grains. It is used for polishing and finishing applications in metalworking, and great to use after carbide burs have deburred and shaped metal. A scotch brite polishing wheel can also remove excess metal fabrications such as parting lines. Our Scotch-Brite wheel selection features a silicon carbide constructed abrasion wheels with a grit range from very fine to extra coarse. With a variety of sizes and different shaft diameter compatibilities, we also offer mounted points that come in different grades.
