Margriet is a multilingual, multifaceted creator, entrepreneur, artist, yogi, mother, and surfer currently residing out of Costa Rica. Before opening Zwart Cafe in Santa Teresa, Margriet graduated with distinction from fine art schools in both Toronto and Vancouver, worked in the airlines and traveled the world feverishly.
