Since 2011, Zoro has been helping people who do — small businesses and hard-working folks like you. How do we do it? Make it easy to get the products you need to clean, build, and fix almost anything. … And have a little fun along the way.
From 7,000+ trusted brands.
Everyday savings that you can take to the bank.
On every order of $50 or more. (Just like it should be.)
Not what you expected? No problem.
From real human people.
Zoro launched on May 12, 2011. In those early days, 20 employees worked out of a warehouse in Mundelein, Illinois. Back then, customers could select from 180,000 products online or from a physical catalog, and we often packed boxes ourselves.
Since then, a lot has changed, including the size of our staff and the look of our website.
Something that has never changed? The pride we take in our work and the care we give every order, customer, and employee.
(Oh, and the Nerf gun fights. We still have those.)
These are characteristics of foxes ... and Zoro. We outfox the competition to make your shopping experience the best it can be.
So when you think about Zoro, think “foxy.” And keep a lookout for the fox on the box.
At Zoro, we love figuring out how to do things better. We also love donuts. There’s plenty of both at our HQ.
“Zoro has wonderful people working for them. … The people are my very favorite thing about Zoro!”
Z: Aww gee, Genny. We can’t agree more.
When you contact Zoro, you’ll get a real human person (no creepy robots), based right here in the U.S. of A. They’ll be happy to help you return an item, find a product, or troubleshoot any issue. Or get answers to common questions and read our product guides and how-to’s.
“Even though I don’t buy often it feels like I’m [your] #1 customer. … And you send me stickers. I love stickers.”
Z: Who doesn’t love stickers, Frank?
Making a positive difference for our customers is important to us. But in true Zoro fashion, we want to think bigger. So, we’ve partnered with YouthBuild, an organization that gives job training, support, and education to low-income young people.
Both Zoro and YouthBuild value courage, hard work, and the unique potential of every person — so we think it’s a perfect fit.
Together, Zoro employees and YouthBuild Lake County students volunteer at service days throughout our local community. And on Career Exploration Day, students visit Zoro to attend mock interviews and hear about how our departments and roles work together.
But that’s not all … Learn more about our partnership with YouthBuild
“Zoro is a great place to purchase all of my MRO supplies. They have great prices, fast service, and offer some super specials if you sign up for their emails.”
Z: Super, indeed, Brad!
