The Customizable Speed Jump Rope by AeroMat is a heavy duty speed rope that can be modified to fit the specific height of the exerciser and used to build cardiovascular endurance. Choose from one of four different starting lengths 7, 8, 9, or 10 feet from which you may modify the PVC rope length to be EXACT to your height and arm length for cardio training, crossfit workouts, or other cross-training routines.
