Payment

For your convenience, Zoro accepts payment via cash, business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Items will be billed to your credit card as soon as they are shipped. On the rare occasion that some of the items in your order are not in stock, you will only be billed for the part of the order that ships. In these cases, you may see your bill split into multiple charges as the items are shipped to you separately.
Yes, you can use PayPal to pay for your order.
  1. From your Shopping Cart, select Check out with PayPal after you’ve added items to your order.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account.
  3. Review your PayPal account info. Confirm your billing and shipping information to avoid issues with your order.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Confirm your shipping and billing information on Zoro.com.
  6. Click Place Order.
You can also use PayPal when you select Check Out after adding an item to an order on Zoro.com.
  1. Simply select PayPal in the Payment Method section.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account.
  3. Review your PayPal account info. Confirm your billing and shipping information to avoid issues with your order.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Confirm your shipping and billing information on Zoro.com.
  6. Click Place Order.

Follow these easy steps to pay open invoices on accounts with Net 30 terms.

Sign In to My Account
Click Sign In at the top of the page.
After logging in, click My Account at the top of the page. You'll go to the My Account dashboard.
Move your mouse over My Account and click Overview from the dropdown menu.

If you are already signed in, click My Account at the top of the page.

Find Invoices
Your account Overview displays on the left of the My Account dashboard.
  • Click Account Management to expand the menu.
  • Click Pay Invoices.
  • Your unpaid invoices show on the Pay Invoices page.
  • Click the Continue to Payment button to pay.
Pay Invoices
Check the box next to the invoices you want to pay. The Payment Summary will be updated to show the total amount of selected invoices. In the pop-up box, enter the amount you would like to pay. Next, confirm your Payment Information.
  • To use a credit card on file, enter the number on the back of your card into the Security Number field.
  • To edit or add a new payment method, use the Edit Card or Change Card links.
Make sure your Billing Address is correct for the card you’re using to pay (you can edit or change using the links in this section), and click Submit.

Net 30 terms offer Zoro's qualified business customers the flexibility to pay by check, wire, or credit card up to 30 days after a product ships. Unlike a credit card company, Zoro charges zero interest, no annual fees, and no late fees to qualified customers. See below for more information on signing up for Net 30 payment.

Business customers will be notified when payment is due with an invoice emailed to the contact stored in their account. Please note that Zoro does not send Net 30 invoices via the United States Postal Service ('snail mail'). If you would like to receive a monthly account statement via email, please submit a request through Zoro Credit Services.

To apply for Net 30 terms, call (855) 289‑9676. Our customer service team will be happy to walk you through the process.

Please have the following information ready:

  • Your company’s address
  • Your Accounts Payable contact, address, and phone number
  • An email address where your invoices will be sent
  • Your Dun & Bradstreet number (if you have it)

Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide a Net 30 line of credit.

Please note that while you are not eligible for Net 30 terms at this time, you may reapply at a later date.

In order to place new orders with Zoro, payment will be required at the time of purchase. Zoro accepts payment by credit card, check, wire, or PayPal.
