Payment

For your convenience, Zoro accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check, or wire transfer. Qualified Zoro Business Account customers may pay via invoice. (Discover “What are Net 30 payment terms?” and learn more about payment by invoice.)

*Zoro does not send Net 30 invoices via postal mail.

Items will be billed to your credit card as soon as they are shipped. On the rare occasion that some of the items in your order are not in stock, you will only be billed for the part of the order that ships. In these cases, you may see your bill split into multiple charges as the items are shipped to you separately.

Yes, you can use PayPal to pay for your order.

  1. From your Shopping Cart, select Check out with PayPal after you’ve added items to your order.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account.
  3. Review your PayPal account info. Confirm your billing and shipping information to avoid issues with your order.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Confirm your shipping and billing information on Zoro.com.
  6. Click Place Order.

You can also use PayPal when you select Check Out after adding an item to an order on Zoro.com.

  1. Simply select PayPal in the Payment Method section.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account.
  3. Review your PayPal account info. Confirm your billing and shipping information to avoid issues with your order.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Confirm your shipping and billing information on Zoro.com.
  6. Click Place Order.

Yes. Zoro uses Versapay, a secure online payment portal, for invoice management and payment. Please visit our Invoice Payment Portal User Guide to view instructions and frequently asked questions for paying an invoice.

Net 30 payment terms offer qualified Zoro business customers the flexibility to pay–by check, wire, or credit card–up to 30 days after a product ships. Unlike a credit card company, Zoro charges zero interest, no annual fees, and no late fees to our approved account holders. A Zoro Business Account is required to apply for Net 30 terms. Apply for Net 30 terms, or learn more about “How do I sign up for Net 30 payment terms?”.

Zoro Business Account customers are able to apply for Net 30 terms–allowing you to pay by invoice at checkout and granting you 30 days to pay, with no annual fee and 0% interest. 

To apply for Net 30 terms, the following information must be provided:

  • Your company’s mailing address

  • Your Accounts Payable contact name, address, and phone number

  • An email address where your invoices will be sent

Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide a Net 30 line of credit.

In order to place new orders with Zoro, payment will be required at the time of purchase. Zoro accepts payment by credit card, check, wire, or PayPal.
