The Monster15 is a heavy-duty, large diameter set-up ideal for Pipe and Thick Plate TIG welding Applications. Designed for field welding jobs where a bullet-proof nozzle and durable, rebuildable gas lens deliver gas coverage for better welds in a varety of conditions! The Monster15 gets the job done, saving you time and money!
Arc-Zone Quality
• Nozzle body is made of a durable, non-reactive ZTA (Zirconia Toughened Alumina) technical ceramic with 4 easy grip flutes
• Thread-on nozzle design for solid torch mounting with no wobbles, slippage or gas leaks
• Rebuildable gas lens diffuser screens make it field reparable (screen kit included)
• No o-rings required - cup securely mounts to Teflon heat shield, no gas leaks, no high-freq arc-outs
• No unnecessary add-on shields or protectors required
