Kit - GH130, 5900HD, Ultra 1095/1595

The Bedford 20-3128 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco Pump Repair Kit with Ceramic Check Balls, engineered for the GH130, 5900HD, and Ultra 1095/1595 pump models. This kit provides spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors with the essential internal components needed to restore these high-performance airless sprayers to original operating condition. Pump repair kits like this typically contain packings, seals, O-rings, and ceramic check balls-the precision components that manage fluid flow and pressure regulation within the pump chamber. When these internal parts wear or degrade, system performance suffers across the board, from pressure consistency to spray pattern quality. Common reasons for replacement: Loss of prime or inability to maintain adequate pressure during extended spray cycles on job sites Fluid leakage from pump body seals or around rod packings during operation Ceramic check balls becoming pitted, cracked, or stuck, preventing proper one-way flow function Erratic spray patterns or pressure fluctuations caused by worn internal seals and packings Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
