About Borescope
A borescope allows the user to view inside of machinery, casting and welded parts easily without having to disassemble the item being inspected. The borescope has a camera that is connected to an eyepiece that allows for viewing inside the machinery. There are 2 types of borescopes: Flexible and rigid. The flexible borescope has a twistable rod that can be bent to see inside curved spaces. A rigid borescope is inexpensive but has no ability to see around curves. Whether you choose rigid or flexible, borescopes give the user an up-close view of inspection areas when it's impossible to be physically present in that spot.
