3" Core Metallized High Adhesion Matte Polyester Labels, 2PK

Ultra Aggressive Metallized Polyester (B-486B) is ideal for rating/serial plates that use barcodes, alphanumerics, graphic symbols and logos and require nameplate-like quality. Matte, light gray material has a permanent rubber-based adhesive and is thermal transfer printable. Designed for high adhesion to textured metals, powder coated surfaces and low energy plastics. RoHS compliant to 2005/618/EC MCV amendment to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC;UL approved;CSA accepted. Service temperature of -40 to 248° F (-40 to 120° C). This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll. This metallized label roll is supplied on a 3 inch core that has a thicker 0.66 inch wall to enable addition of i75-smart functionality. If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll. A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R4306 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP Series Label Printer; use R4306 for a different printer.
