Our lockout procedure station's silk-screened backboard is made from durable polystyrene and includes pre-drilled holes and hardware for wall mounting. The backboard measures 20"h x 14"w x 4 1/2"d. The losp22 lockout procedure station includes 1 - backboard with white pvc coated steel binder rack and hardware and a lockout procedure binder (losb1). Procedure forms sold separately. Centralizes lockout activity needs by organizing the tools, padlocks and padlock keys in one location.
