The lower shelf provides additional storage space. The 34"h mobile workbench rolls smooth on 5" diameter non-marring locking swivel casters. Its shop top comes with matching lower shelf. The shop top protects against static build up and won't warp or split. It has a gray enamel finished frame. The workbench is easy to assemble.
