Description
These standard heater hoses are designed to carry the heated coolant from the engine block to the heater core under the dashboard and return it to the engine. They are made for general service on light trucks and passenger cars. The hoses are constructed using all EPDM compounds and spiral reinforcement for high burst strength and excellent heat resistance of -40 degrees F ( -40 degrees C) to +257 degrees F ( +125 degrees C). These black cover hoses are similar to the SAE 20R3, Class D-2, and are specifically designed to be compatible with all common coolants and coolant additives; however, they are not suitable for fuel or oil transfer.
