E-Z Patch 10 Quartz Plaster Repair is an above water repair product (water must be lowered). This product contains a special acrylic modified material with pozzolans (siliceous volcanic ash). After doing the repair, water may be refilled the next day. Liquid Acrylic Bonder is included in the kit.
