It has a non-sticky (ns) coating, unlike orfit eco, which has a powdered surface. Non-stick coating allows to mold directly onto bandages and cotton linings in post-surgical conditions. The purpose of this orthosis is to maintain the long flexor muscles stretched in order to inhibit the hypertonicity. dimensions: small: 2.2" to 2.75" sized hands medium: 3.13" to 3.5" sized hands large: 4" to 4.3" sized hands
