Dry air, sun, wind, salt water, chemicals, rough work and constant washing can all rob skin of the moisture it needs. Protect skin against dryness, heat and the elements with face and body lotions, creams and skin moisturizers. Select from hand lotions and face lotions with aloe for soothing comfort, or vitamins to replenish skin nourishment, or petroleum for a barrier that keeps moisture in and seals dryness out. Items may vary by packaging, size, formulation and other considerations. Combine into a daily skin care regimen with face and body soap and shampoos and conditioners.
