Flow rack conveyors make material handling and order expediting smooth and easy. Positioned between racks, these wheeled conveyors move boxes, totes, and other flat-bottomed items using gravity to move product from top to bottom with little effort. For inventory purposes it allows for an orderly rotation of date-sensitive product (FIFO), reducing spoilage and making restocking procedures uniform and easy to learn. For mechanized movement of products, Zoro offers powered belt conveyors for automated systems. For non-automated use, gravity conveyors are easy to install and maintain. To ensure optimum performance of your conveyor, conveyor brushes keep debris and dirt from slowing down your operation. For conveyor repair, we have a full line of conveyor rollers, conveyor parts, and conveyor lacing to keep your line up and your costs down.
