About Flux Dispensers
Flux, when applied to metal that is about to undergo a TIG welding process, removes potential residues and contaminants that might otherwise interfere with the oxidation of the metal during the heating process, as well as cause a lot of spattering. Flux can be made of various chemical components, but a flux dispenser can take the form of dispensing flux pen, or a 3 to 5 ounce plastic squeeze bottle with a pointed dispenser cap or brush cap for dispensing liquid flux, or some other form.
