Twelve (12) place rotor holds 1.5-2.0 ml tubes and 6 place rotor holds 5 ml tubes. Safety features include manual override for lid. High performance Magnetic Stirrer is designed to stir liquids up to 3 liters and provide powerful magnetic coupling to prevent spin-outs. Allows aggressive mixing, full dilution of samples, and multiple stirring modes (clockwise, counter clockwise, oscillate).
