Description
- •HHIP 8 X 6 X 5 open end slotted angle plate has convenient clamping slots for mounting.
- •The plate is widely used for machining, layout and inspection
- •It is made of high tensile cast iron properly seasoned against distortion and accurately machined to .002 per 6"
- •The plate is square and parallel on all faces and Slot A is 90° to slot C
- •1-2-3 precision matched pair block set is heat treated and case hardened to HRC 55 to 60
- •They are also hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides of each block.
- •The 1-2-3 blocks accuracy with squareness on all sides within .0002" per inch.
- •There are 23 holes consisting of 5 tapped holes that are 3/8"-16 for clamping and 18 untapped holes.
- •These blocks have a cross drilling design gives minimum weight and maximum strength.
