What Professionals Say
From professionals who use Craftsman 1 2 Impact Cordless
I work in industrial maintenance for a large manufacturing firm... I could not be more impressed with this impact wrench. In the history of my career I have owned at least 15 different types and brands of impact wrenches. None seem to have the torque they promised or the battery life they promised as well. This one has both.
I'm a diesel mechanic by trade... I purchased the V20 cordless 1/2" impact. I was doing a clutch job... This tool has pretty much replaced my air 1/2" drive impact! When I go out on road calls (drivers break down somewhere) I take this tool.
I am an automotive mechanic and I use my impacts daily. I have the mid torque version that I have used daily until now. The new high torque impact is superior. 3 settings allow me to turn it down and it performs as a high, mid, or low torque impact. It even removes the lug nuts from my RV.
