Description
The Keeper 13 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down ensures durability and reliability when it comes to securing cargo. It features an ergonomic molded grip, steel ratchet and vinyl-coated S-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing over cargo load and tug to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
