About Lifting Beams & Spreader Bars
Lifting beams, spreader beams and lifting tongs are considered both lifting equipment and material handling equipment. They attach to the crane’s (or similar lifting device’s) hook by a centered eyelet and distribute the weight to be picked up/moved over two lifting points.
