This is a foam filled 9" x 3. 50-4" 8-1/2" x 3-1/4" Primo Grande knobby tire. Foam filled tires are Primo pneumatic tires filled with urethane foam. This tire will replace a standard tire on most same size split rim 2 piece wheels. Foam filled tires never flatten and are smooth riding.
