Torque wrench calibrator, 0.01-500 Nm with USB/RJ45, 999-record memory and limit alarms

The Torque Meter is a special device for checking torque wrenches. A direction of rotation indicator also provides immediate feedback on the current direction of movement. The Torque Meter supports several units of measurement - including newton metres (Nm), kilogramme-force centimetres (kgf cm) and pound-force inches (lbf in) - and can therefore be flexibly adapted to a wide range of requirements. Equipped with a real-time curve function, the Torque Meter displays torque values directly on the 7-inch touchscreen, enabling visual monitoring of the measurement data in real time. The measurement data can be transferred to a USB pen drive in the form of a csv file via the USB interface. Adjustable limit values ensure increased control and safety during measurement. The practical peak hold function of the Torque Meter enables peak values to be recorded for precise analysis of maximum loads. The Torque Meter can be controlled by a computer via the Ethernet interface. This Torque Meter is a versatile and efficient tool that easily fulfils the requirements for quality assurance and measurement accuracy in modern working environments. The Torque Meter is widely used in electrical manufacturing, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and in professional research.
