Bumper & Cladding Color Coat is notrecommended over other substrates such as rawpolyurethane PUR or OEM primed bumpers withoutsanding.Bumper & Cladding Color Coat permanently recolors faded,marred, and stained plastic. Its not a silicone-based productthat puts a quickly-fading shine on the plastic. Its anadvanced solvent-based coating that sticks to the surfacelike glue, permanently recoloring it.
