Zoro Is Recognized as a 2023 Best Workplace in Chicago by Fortune Magazine.

Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine have honored Zoro.com as one of 2023’s Best Workplaces in Chicago. It’s the fifth time Zoro.com has made this prestigious list, coming in at 3rd place for Best Small and Medium Workplaces.

Zoro earned a spot on Fortune’s highly competitive list through confidential employee feedback provided on the Great Place to Work Trust Index™ survey. Great Place to Work compiled and analyzed the responses from 1.3 million U.S.-based employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Of those responses, 50,000 surveys were eligible for the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces in Chicago list. The rankings were based on data from those surveys. 

To be eligible, companies must be headquartered within the Chicago metropolitan statistical area, have at least 10 employees, and be a Great Place To Work Certified™ company.
