Zoro.com Is Recognized Once Again as a Top Workplace in Retail by Fortune Magazine

Zoro.com is honored to announce it has earned the fourth spot on Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine’s list of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Retail in 2022. It’s the fourth consecutive year Zoro has made the top five of this list. 

Zoro earned this achievement through confidential employee feedback provided on a Great Place to Work® survey on their Emprising™culture-management platform. The survey determines to what extent employees consider their workplace to be a Great Place to Work for All™ by exploring topics including trust in leadership and the ability to reach their full human potential within the organization.

Great Place to Work® analyzed the answers from more than 72,000 U.S.-based retail employees from Great Place to Work-certified companies to compile the final list. Find out more about the methodology used to determine which companies make the list here.
