Zoro Is Recognized as a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune and Fortune Magazine.

Despite many uncertainties in 2021, Zoro’s leadership has continued to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and genuine care for its employees.

Zoro.com is honored to announce it has earned the fourth spot on Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine’s list of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Retail in 2021. It’s the third consecutive year Zoro has made the top five of this list.

Zoro is also recognized by the Chicago Tribune as a Top Midsize Workplace in Chicago, placing nineteenth among the 75 medium-sized Chicagoland businesses who were recognized on the list. It’s the fourth year Zoro has made the list.

“We're honored to be featured on these lists for the past few years,” said Kevin Weadick, President at Zoro US. “I really feel that Zoro is a special place to work, and that has everything to do with our people. I have not found a more passionate, smart, and genuine team who work incredibly well together to bring our Zoro vision and strategy to life.”

Zoro has made both Fortune magazine and the Chicago Tribune’s lists through anonymous team-member feedback provided on employee engagement surveys. Fortune’s list was based on Great Place to Work’s Emprising™ platform while the Chicago Tribune partnered with Energage to conduct their survey.

In 2021, Zoro has also been recognized as a Fortune Best Small and Medium Workplace (#57), Fortune Best Small and Medium Workplace for Millennials (#35), and a Great Place to Work’s Best Small and Medium Workplace in Chicago (#5). It’s a proud feat as Zoro celebrates its tenth year in business.
