Zoro.com Named to Crain's 2022 Best Places to Work in Chicago List
Crain's Chicago Business has named Zoro.com one of its 2022 Best Places to Work in Chicago. This is Zoro's first time on this list.

Great Place to Work® analyzed the answers from more than 72,000 U.S.-based retail employees from Great Place to Work-certified companies to compile the final list. Find out more about the methodology used to determine which companies make the list here.
In collaboration with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, Crain's surveyed employees from more than 206 Chicago-based companies and unveiled the full, ranked list at a live event on September 14, 2022. According to Crain's, the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey consists of approximately 77 statements that employees respond to, along with two open-ended and seven demographic questions. Focus Areas for the survey include Leadership and Planning, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Pay and Benefits, and others.
Zoro has also received recognition from other workplace award groups, including Built in Chicago's Best Places to Work and the #1 ranking in Fortune's Best Workplaces in Retail for 2020.
