Zoro.com Named to Crain's 2024 Best Places to Work in Chicago List

In collaboration with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, Crain's surveyed employees from more than 206 Chicago-based companies and unveiled the full, ranked list at a live event on September 16, 2024. According to Crain's, the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey consists of approximately 77 statements that employees respond to, along with two open-ended and seven demographic questions. Focus areas for the survey include Leadership and Planning, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Pay and Benefits, and others.
