Our sheet neoprene is actually a powerful neoprene blend made up of SBR elastomer and chloroprene rubber (CR) to inherit the strengths of both synthetic rubber materials. The result is a reliable and solid neoprene with a smooth, black finish. Thanks to this mix of rubber materials, the sheet neoprene has a moderate resistance to oils, chemicals, and many damaging effects of weather. This sleek, black neoprene has excellent abrasion resistance and works great in industrial and commercial applications.

This hard neoprene is favored in industrial applications for its intense temperature range and resistance. Our sheet neoprene is available in 10 different gauges to ensure the proper fit for any desired application. This 3/16” neoprene is one of the thinner options available and works best in detailed or delicate applications. Different applications may also require varying levels of neoprene rubber hardness. This neoprene sheet has a durometer of 70A to give it a very hard surface with minimal flexibility. The 70-durometer neoprene is stiff and works best in highly abrasive applications such as neoprene lining or pads . The sheet neoprene can also be cut down and used to make neoprene strips, liners, and seals. This versatile neoprene rubber is the perfect material for high-stress applications of any kind.
