Glove components comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act that allow repeated use in direct contact with food. They are 100 percent allergen-free because they are 100 percent latex-free and 100 percent silicone-free. Powder-free construction means the gloves go through an extra process of chlorinating the gloves, making it easier to take the gloves on or off. Size extra-large gloves measure approximately 9-1/2" long and offer a 4.1 mil finger thickness, 3.7 mil palm thickness and 2.9 mil cuff thickness.
