Screen Spline is a product used to hold and secure screens in place on windows and doors. It is designed to be durable, long-lasting, and provide a secure fit that keeps bugs out while allowing air to pass through.

Types of Screen Spline

Screen Spline comes in many different sizes, types, and materials. For example, there are flat screen splines made from rubber or vinyl for general use in window screens or door screens. There are also heavier duty storm window splines that use thicker material for more extreme weather conditions. The size of the spline can vary depending on the size of the screen it is being used with.

How Screen Spline Are Made

Screen Spline is typically made from rubber or vinyl compounds that have been extruded into a hollow tube shape. This allows for a flexible yet strong material that will be able to easily fit into grooves cut into the frame of the window or door.

Industries That Use Screen Spline

Screen Splines are commonly used by contractors and professionals who work in construction, home repair, carpentry, and other trades where they need to install windows or doors with screens. They are also used by hobbyists who want to install their own screening projects at home.
