Scroll Saw Blades
Scroll saw blades are used with electric or pedal-operated scroll saws to cut intricate, ornate, or complex curves. Whether you are looking for scroll saw blades for metal, wood, or some other material, you’re sure to find the scroll saw blade type you’re looking for here. The primary differentiator of these blades is shank type, so be sure to know whether your scroll saw accepts pinned shanks or non-pinned (AKA “regular” or “plain”) shanks. Beyond that, they differ by the number and type of teeth on the blade (plain or skip-toothed), blade thickness, length, and width. Blade choice should also take into consideration the thickness and hardness of the material being cut, as well as the complexity of the pattern. Use a bigger blade on thick materials. Use a blade with larger teeth on harder materials, but keep in mind that for more complex patterns, the cutting will go more smoothly with a smaller-toothed blade. Zoro can stock your entire shop with saw blades, including band saw blades, reciprocating saw blades, circular saw blades, and diamond saw blades, to name a few.
