Tell Manufacturing's 500 Series Door Closer is designed for interior commercial use. It is a Grade 3 heavy-duty aluminum commercial door closer that complies with ANSI A156.4, UL/ULC listed up to 3 hour fire rated. The DC100137 has a fixed spring tension, size 3.
- • Forged steel, accommodates reveals up to 3 1/4 inch adjustable extension arm
- • Adjustable hydraulic providing cushioning and preventing uncontrolled openings of the door
- • Grade 3 size 3 aluminum finish closer
- • 9-1/16 inch horizontal and 3/4 inch vertical mounting hole locations
