The testo 191-T3 HACCP temperature data logger is certified by HACCP International and is equipped with a long, flexible temperature probe for monitoring temperature in liquids and on surfaces - including the plates of freeze-drying systems - during food production pasteurization, sterilization, and freeze-drying monitoring programs. The flexible probe design provides versatile access to measurement points within retorts, pasteurizers, process vessels, and freeze-dryer equipment, enabling the probe to be positioned accurately regardless of the complexity of the load configuration or equipment geometry. Sealed, robust housing maintains IP integrity after quick-screw battery replacement. Multiple 191-T3 loggers can be simultaneously configured and downloaded via the testo 190 multifunction case for efficient multi-point validation data collection. Compatible with testo 191 professional software for analysis and HACCP-compliant reporting.
