About Thermocouple Wire
Thermocouple wire is specialized wire used in a thermocouple system. It consists of two wires made of different metals, insulated in a plastic jacket. In use, the two wires are welded together at the temperature sensor device (or controller) end, with the other ends attached to the component. Thermocouple wire varies by wire type, wire size, length of wire on the spool, and other considerations.
