Raychem frostguard preassembled heat cable fg1-12p, 12 ft. 120v preassembled self-regulating heating cable is made of high quality materials for durability. Cables prevent pipe damage and costly repairs associated with freezing temperatures. Units can be applied to metal or plastic water pipes for freeze protection as well as roof and gutters for de-icing. 6 foot power cord features 3-prong, grounded, lighted plug for power notification and high visibility. 6 watts per foot at 40f. Installations must comply with applicable local codes and standards. Note: 30-ma equipment or 5-ma personnel ground-fault protection must be used on each frostguard heating cable branch circuit for safety. 2 year limited warranty.
