Unitized wheels are grit encrusted wheels used in machining as a spinning abrasive for the deburring and finishing of metal workpieces. Abrasive materials in these wheels could be ceramic material, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and other abrasives. Items may also vary by grade, maximum RPM, mounting size, density, diameter, mounting type and other considerations. For finishing and deburring, see our carbide burs, mounted points, deburring blades and convolute wheels.
