With a low carbon content (≤0.03%), ER316L minimizes carbide precipitation to enhance intergranular corrosion resistance. This filler metal features a 19% chromium, 12% nickel, and 3% molybdenum composition, providing excellent strength, chemical corrosion resistance, and toughness.
