Description
This AC WORKS brand protective adapter (model L1420CB620) is a 1.5‐foot heavy‐duty NEMA L14‐20P to NEMA 6‐15/20R generator adapter designed for industrial, construction, and temporary‐power applications. It features a NEMA L14‐20P 20‐amp, 125/250‐volt 4‐prong locking male plug connected to a NEMA 6‐15/20R 15/20‐amp, 250‐volt T‐blade female connector, allowing 250‐volt equipment to operate from L14‐20 generator outlets. This adapter includes a built‐in 20‐amp circuit breaker that automatically trips when drawing more than 20 amps, providing added protection for connected equipment. The cord is constructed with STW 10/3 copper wire and a 600‐volt anti‐cold‐weather jacket engineered to stay flexible in extreme temperatures. The adapter is super durable and is also compatible with some EV brands that accept a 6‐20 plug. It is backed by a 5‐year limited warranty.
