• When using the AG950 Foam Gun with AG930 Insulation Foam, there are two plastic nozzles attached to the foam cap: the blue nozzle (straight tip) for vertical surfaces and the black nozzle (45° tip) for horizontal surfaces
• Before Use: 1) Ensure the area is well-ventilated. 2) Wear protective gloves, clothing, eye, and face protection. 3) Cover any nearby surfaces to avoid accidental foam splatter.
• How to Use: 1) Remove the protective cap from the foam sealant can. Shake the foam can well, then firmly screw it onto the gun's connector, ensuring a secure connection. Pull down the red valve to open. 2) Adjust the Foam Flow Controller at the back of the gun to regulate the amount of foam dispensed. 3) Pull the trigger to dispense expanding foam evenly. For vertical surfaces, hold the gun 12-18 inches away from the surface. For horizontal surfaces, spray from 6-8 inches away for best results. 4) Apply the foam evenly to ensure complete coverage, with a thickness of 0.5-1 inch. 5) To stop the flow, release the trigger and close the red valve.
• After Use: 1) Carefully unscrew the foam can from the gun. 2) To clean, shake the Foam Cleaner well first and spray onto the gun basket and tip, wiping away any uncured foam residue with a dry cloth. 3) Attach the Cleaner canister securely to the gun and press the trigger several times to flush out any remaining foam into a trash can until only the cleaner comes out. 4) Allow the gun to sit for about 4-5 minutes to fully dissolve any remaining cleaner inside, then spray again until no cleaner is emitted. 5) Remove the cleaner canister and wipe the gun's exterior with a clean cloth. Store the gun in an upright position in a dry place for future use.
• Avoid letting the foam harden inside the gun, as it can block future usage. Please note that the Foam Cleaner only removes uncured (wet) foam. Adhesive Guru AG410 Foam Gun Cleaner or other PU foam cleaners can be used to clean the foam gun.
