Description
In a single-pass design, the last plate in the plate package is an unholed end plate I. The fluids are stopped at the end of the plate package, forcing the flows back into the plate package. Usually the plate is a high-theta with a channel plate field gasket and with a plate thickness of ≥0.1 mm more than the channel plate used.
