X 5-1/2" wide od. strap has a plastic cam rise stem in it which goes into the flange., number "1245" is casted on strap & flange. 1-1/8" offset to reverse remove cap and push out cam, replace cam on other side of strap and replace cap. for replacement cam kit order #28-2410
