0.4X Camera Conversion Adapter for Compound Microscopes

The AD-C04-YX is a specialized adapter for our 340, 390, and 600 series binocular or trinocular microscopes. When used with a C-mount camera, the adapter converts the microscope into a full-time digital imaging system.

The adapter essentially replaces the microscope's viewing head, allowing direct connection of a microscopy camera. By eliminating the head, the highest quality image can be captured by the camera. Built-in 0.4X magnification optimizes the image for cameras with 1/3" to 1/2" format sensors.

Use one of our USB cameras for a computer-driven microscopy system. Our powerful software suite provides a large selection of processing tools and measurement functions.

Paired with an imaging tablet or one of our HD cameras with a monitor, the microscope can be used without a computer. The screen will display whatever the microscope sees in high-resolution detail.
