0.5X to 2X Barlow Lens Set For SM Series Stereo Microscopes (48mm)

This is a set of 4 common Barlow lenses for our SM and SW series stereo microscope heads. The included magnifications are: 0.5X, 1X, 1.5X, and 2X. The 0.5X lens will reduce the objective magnification by half, increasing the field-of-view and the working distance. The 1X lens is used primarily as protection for your microscope's objective lenses from smoke and abrasive materials while performing tasks such as soldering. The 1.5X and 2X lenses increase the overall magnification by their respective amounts, as well as decrease field-of-view and working distance. They all use a 48mm (1-7/8") mounting thread.
