40X-2500X LED Binocular Compound Microscope w 3D Two-Layer Mechanical Stage

The B250 binocular compound microscope is small, but it packs a big punch. The sleek, compact design uses a minimal footprint while providing high-efficiency features like a Siedentopf head, coaxial coarse & fine focus, & a 2-layer mechanical stage. The reversed lens turret maximizes the stage's working space. The microscope is perfect for classroom workstations or labs with limited space.

To customize the microscope to your viewing comfort, the eyepiece spacing can be easily adjusted using a precision Siedentopf mechanism. A diopter is available on the left ocular tube to compensate for asymmetry, & the ocular tubes are angled at 30° to comfortably accommodate a seated position with out neck strain. The head can also be rotated 360° to accommodate multiple users. Various eyepieces can be used to increase the overall optical magnification.

The objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels to easily focus in on minute details from 40X to 1000X. Additional 25X eyepieces expand the maximum magnification to 2500X with 6 unique levels. This covers magnifications needed for studying hair follicles, cells, & bacteria. The turret's reversed orientation provides more working room above the stage. This model uses compact-format lenses to reduce the overall profile while maintaining achromatic corrections to improve resolution & color accuracy.

The 2-layer mechanical stage provides smooth & precise movement for examination of specimen slides. The stage's low-position controls are conveniently placed near the coaxial focus knobs for a streamlined workflow. Examining specimen slides is intuitive & precise for users at any skill level.

The LED sub-stage lighting provides cool, energy-efficient illumination. The light-source is daylight balanced to produce natural colors for imaging. The Abbe light condenser uses a simple spiral-control for height adjustment, & an iris diaphragm to optimize contrast & depth-of-field.
