The IN300T provides high-resolution optics and an inverted illumination system in a stable, ergonomic design for observing cell cultures and other biological and chemical specimens in brightfield and phase-contrast. The inverted form accommodates larger specimen containers, with multiple specimen templates and mechanical stage controls to improve workflow. High-resolution optics and phase-contrast capability maximize contrast and clarity to ensure high quality images. The Viewing Head The viewing head has a 45° incline and Siedentopf interpupillary adjustment for flexibility and comfort. Super-widefield optics provide a larger field-of-view so you can see more specimen at any magnification. For users with astigmatism or asymmetrical vision, the right ocular can be adjusted to fine-tune focus. The trinocular format provides a dedicated photo-port for mounting a microscopy camera for capturing photos or videos. The 23mm photo port is height-adjustable to match focus with the eyepieces. OpticsThe quadruple objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels. This allows you to efficiently move through magnifications from 40X to 400X. These high-quality lenses are achromatically corrected for superior optical corrections and transmittance, with planatic flat-field correction to provide edge-to-edge sharpness.
