Touch sensitive key pad and microprocessor provide accurate temperature control +/-0.1°C from ambient up to 100°C. An internal fan assists uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. Rotisserie unit accommodates up to twenty 35 x 150 mm bottles or ten 35 x 300 mm bottles. Combination of both sizes can also be used at the same time. Rotisserie can be replaced with an interchangeable rocking platform.
